Baggo

Terms

The terms for using Baggo.

Short version: your groceries stay yours, and sharing is for the people you actually shop with. Last updated September 2026.

Who provides Baggo

Abdessamad Doughri, c/o COCENTER, Koppoldstr. 1, 86551 Aichach, Deutschland, hello@baggo.dev. See also the Impressum.

What Baggo does

Baggo is an app for making, keeping and sharing shopping lists.

Accounts and sync

Baggo works without an account. Signing in with Apple or Google is optional and adds syncing between your devices and sharing with other people. Keep your sign-in account secure, since anyone who can use it can reach your Baggo data.

Your content

The lists, items, notes and photos you create remain yours. Baggo receives only the limited rights technically necessary to store, sync, transmit, share and display that content as you request.

Shared lists

When you share a list, everyone on it can see and change its items. Share only with people you want to have that access.

Catalogs from other publishers

Third-party catalogs are provided by their respective publishers. Publishers are responsible for their content. Baggo does not endorse a catalog merely because it is accessible through Baggo. Baggo may restrict or remove unlawful or infringing content. Reports can be sent to hello@baggo.dev.

What is not allowed

Do not use Baggo to share unlawful content or content you have no right to share, to send spam or harass anyone, to access data that is not yours, or to disrupt the service.

Availability

Baggo does not guarantee that cloud sync and sharing will always be available; the app keeps working on your device when they are not. Mandatory statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account at any time in the app (see Delete your account). Accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these terms may be suspended or deleted.

Liability

Baggo is liable without limit for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and wherever mandatory law, such as the German Product Liability Act, requires it. For slight negligence, Baggo is liable only for breaches of obligations essential to using the app, and then only for the damage typically foreseeable. Otherwise, liability is excluded.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when necessary because of changes to Baggo, legal requirements, or how the service operates. We will inform users about material changes. Where consent is legally required, changes will take effect only after the user agrees to them.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by German law. If you use Baggo as a consumer, this does not take away the protection of the mandatory law of the country you live in.
